Pickrr / Faster Assist is Shiprocket's AI-powered chat and voice assistant helping D2C brands recover drop-offs and drive conversions at checkout. We're looking for a Sales Intern to join the GTM team and help build our outbound pipeline this is a hands-on role for someone who wants real exposure to B2B SaaS sales in a fast-growing product line.

Responsibilities

• Following up on merchant KYC completion and documentation requirements.
• Tracking feature enablement requests and monitoring their progress.
• Maintaining operational trackers and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
