What they need
Responsibilities
- Assist with encoding of financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets
- Help prepare and organize financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports
- Support the reconciliation of accounts by comparing financial records with statements and resolving discrepancies
- Maintain and organize physical and digital financial records, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date
- Provide support to accounting team members as needed
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Willing to be assigned in Brgy. Dolores, Taytay, Rizal
