FINANCE INTERN

Responsibilities

1. Accounting Support

Assist in processing invoices, preparing payment vouchers, issuing invoices and receipts, and recording daily financial transactions in the accounting system.

2. Financial Documentation

Maintain proper filing of financial records (physical and digital) and ensure all supporting documents are complete and properly approved.

3. Reporting and Compliance Support

Assist in preparing basic financial reports, support month-end closing activities, and ensure documents comply with company policies and statutory requirements.

4. General Administrative Support

Provide administrative assistance to the Finance team, perform data entry, update financial records, and carry out duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Studies, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel).
• A fast learner with a proactive attitude.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Good communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
