Job overview

To support the finance team in various ongoing projects and financial activities, assisting with financial analysis, reporting, documentation, and coordination. The role will provide practical exposure to finance and accounting processes while supporting multiple projects currently being coordinated by the team.

Employment Type: Internship – 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting : Assist in preparing financial reports, analysis, and MIS as required for ongoing projects.
• Project Support : Support the finance team in various projects and activities currently being coordinated by the team.
• Data Management : Assist in collecting, organizing, validating, and analyzing financial and accounting data.
• Reconciliation : Support account reconciliations and assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Financial Documentation : Maintain and organize financial records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Internal Coordination : Coordinate with internal teams to collect relevant financial information and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Ad-hoc Finance Support : Assist with financial analysis, presentations, and other finance-related tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• CA / CA pursuing candidates preferred.
• MBA in Finance or candidates pursuing an MBA in Finance may also be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting and financial concepts.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and financial data handling.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective internal coordination.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with financial data.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Availability for a 6-month internship.
