Finance Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to assist our Finance team with daily financial operations, documentation, and administrative tasks. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial recordkeeping, data management, and basic financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and maintaining financial documents and records.
• Support the preparation and checking of financial reports and spreadsheets.
• Assist in encoding financial data and updating records.
• Help monitor invoices, payment documents, and other financial transactions.
• Assist in filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents.
• Perform other finance-related administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Financial Management, or a related business course.
• Required to complete an internship or On-the-Job Training (OJT).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.

Internship Details

• Work Setup: Full Onsite
• Location: Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Required Internship Hours: Minimum of 300 hours

Pay: Php100.00 per day

Work Location: In person
