Position: Intern Finance General Accounting

Job Scope:

1.Assist with month-end closing, including checking documents, preparing accounting entries, and updating related schedules.

2.Assist with Fixed Asset and petty cash records.

3.Perform other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the Team Lead/Mentor.

Position: Intern Finance Account Payable

Job Scope:

1.Assist with AR reconciliation, payment matching, and customer account updates.

2.Support invoice and payment verification and identify discrepancies.

3.Assist with intercompany AR matching and preparation of AR reports using Excel.

4.Perform filing, administrative, and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Position: Intern Finance Account Receivable

Job Scope:

1.Assist with AR reconciliation, verification, and processing of outstanding transactions.

2.Support AR transaction posting and documentation in Business Central.

3.Assist in clearing AR backlogs and resolving unmatched transactions.

4.Perform other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
