Finance Internship

Who you are

• Mandatory: ability to sign an internship agreement with an University or Business school for a minimum period of 4 months and 40 hours per week
• Education: studies related to accounting and finance (Higher Degree or University Education)
• Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas
• Mandatory: advanced level of Spanish and advanced level of English

What the job involves

• Our finance team is growing, and we are currently looking for an intern to help in the accounts payable & receivable area
• Conciliation of bank movements with open transactions in ERP
• Accounting of supplier invoices in ERP - OPEX and CAPEX
• Participates in Treasury Committee process, suporting subsidiaries
• Prepares receipt and reconciliation of customer invoices and receipts
• Participate in refunds to customers process
• Supports in cash reconciliation from the Cooltra shops
• Management of bank remittances and bank rejections
• Collaborates on administrative management of bank accounts
