Job Description

• Assist with financial administration and recording of company transactions.
• Assist in verifying and reviewing financial documents and supporting documents.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoice and payment monitoring.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry and processing of financial information.
• Assist with data reconciliation and ensure transaction records are consistent with supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and documents required by the Finance team.
• Maintain and organize financial documents and records systematically.
• Support other Finance-related administrative and operational activities as required.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under deadlines.
• Willing to work onsite at the designated office location.
• Willing to commit to the internship period determined by the company.
