Finance Internship

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Intern to join our Finance team and gain hands-on experience in various accounting and finance functions. This is a great opportunity for students who are interested in developing their practical knowledge in accounting, finance and business operations.

Employment Type: Internship Duration: [4–6 months]

Commence Month : December 2026 or January 2027

Key responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers and other finance-related documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and assist with daily accounting transactions.
• Assist with stock and inventory reconciliation and related documentation.
• Support SST and other statutory-related matters.
• Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documents when required.
• Maintain proper filing and organisation of financial records.
• Assist the Finance team with data entry and updating accounting records.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.

About you

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Willing to learn and take on new tasks.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to gain hands-on experience in a working environment.
