Finance Internship

We are seeking an Intern to provide support across multiple departments, including Finance, Administration, and HR. The role involves assisting managers with day-to-day tasks such as documentation, data analysis, reporting, payment processing, and liaising with external parties. This position offers hands-on exposure to various business functions and provides valuable experience in both operational and administrative areas.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist manager in completing day-to-day tasks, including documentation and administration work.

· Assist managers to prepare reports, analysing data and providing insights.

· Assist with administrative and documentation tasks to ensure smooth project execution.

· Assists in data key-in and ensure its accuracy.

· Assists in communicating with external parties to get quotation and information.

· Assist in analysing financial data and preparing reports.

· Support the processing of invoices and payments.

· Weekly reporting preparation.

· Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, as well as payments.

· Assist in reconciling accounts and reviewing financial discrepancies.

· Assist in filing, scanning, and archiving documents.

Requirements:

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Accounting or related professional field.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

· Applicants must be willing to work in Ampang.

Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
