Finance Internship

Responsibilities :

1. Assist in daily finance and accounting operations.

2. Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

3. Assist in monitoring outstanding invoices and following up with clients on overdue payments via email and WhatsApp.

4. Maintain and update records of outstanding invoices and payment statuses.

5. Assist in reconciling payments received against outstanding invoices.

6. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports if any.

7. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

8. Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalents
• Excellent proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Perform finance administrative and monitoring functions
• Basic MS excel skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Good time management skill
• Possess strong sense of responsibility, commitment, accountability, integrity, reactiveness and results oriented
• Positive working attitude, good in analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Student job

Pay: RM500.00 per month
