Finance IT Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Finance IT Manager to lead ERP initiatives within our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will bring hands on ERP experience and a strong background in finance systems, ensuring our ERP platform supports accurate reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role bridges Finance and Technology, driving digital transformation and aligning IT strategy with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize ERP Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting, Reporting).
• Lead ERP implementation, customization, and integration projects for Finance operations.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership to align ERP workflows with audit, compliance, and reporting needs.
• Ensure system security, scalability, and adherence to financial regulations.
• Train Finance staff on ERP processes and reporting tools.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field.
• CPA or strong Finance background preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years IT management experience in reputable global or multinational companies gained from shared services or management consulting and outsourcing industries an advantage
• Direct Acumatica ERP experience strongly preferred.
• Candidates with ERP experience in SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics (Finance modules) are encouraged to apply.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
