We are working with an international law firm who are looking for Banking & Finance lawyers to join their team.

Broad work covering:

• Corporate Debt
• Leveraged Finance
• Real Estate Finance

The team is known for high-quality work, technical excellence and a collaborative, supportive culture that prioritises development, progression and teamwork.

What you’ll do

• Working across a broad range of banking transactions, including corporate lending, leveraged finance and real estate finance
• Working on a mix of regional, national and international transactions
• Supporting partners on complex matters whilst supervising and developing junior lawyers
• Drafting and leading on the negotiation of principal finance documents.
• Playing a key role in transaction management, helping to drive deals forward efficiently and collaboratively
• Starting to build meaningful client relationships and support business development initiatives, contributing to the continued growth of the team
• Collaborating closely within a high-performing team and the wider national practice
