Finance Lead

Role Summary:

Step into a pivotal leadership role where your strategic vision will directly shape the financial architecture of a growing enterprise. We are seeking a visionary Finance Manager to go beyond routine reporting, taking full ownership of system transformation, guiding corporate restructuring, and architecting a high-performing finance function to steer our client's financial operations.

Your Strategic Impact:

• Spearhead the migration of legacy data from Google Sheets into robust accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), establishing automated, real-time monthly P&L reporting.
• Architect a high-performing finance team. You are expected to provide guidance, training, and performance oversight needed to foster an energetic, resilient, and collaborative remote culture.
• Direct the preparation and deep-dive analysis of financial statements, enterprise budgets, forecasts, and executive management reports to empower stakeholder decision-making.
• Guide the financial mechanics behind business restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and the launch of new business ventures.
• Oversee complex multi-entity account setups and consolidations. Proactively identify financial risks, optimize team workflows, and redesign financial statement structures to scale with business operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Deep foundational accounting expertise with a proven track record of adaptability in complex account setups and multi-entity consolidations.
• Exceptional team management capabilities with a genuine commitment to building an uplifting and positive work environment.
• High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks software.
• Familiarity with digital asset transfers and navigating off-chain transactional gains and losses.

Working Arrangements:

• Monday to Friday, operating on GMT+7 business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
