Finance Lead

📢 We're Hiring: Finance Lead/s!

We are looking for experienced finance professionals with strong backgrounds in accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, revenue management, and team leadership.

• Lead project accounting, revenue recognition, billing, collections, disbursements, and overall financial operations.
• Monitor project revenue, costs, expenses, budgets, forecasts, profitability, and financial performance to ensure business objectives are met.
• Oversee journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, invoicing, payments, and month-end closing activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and analyze financial and management reports, identify variances and discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, clients, and cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and client requirements; lead and support the finance team in achieving KPIs and service-level targets.
