What is the job?

The Finance Director is responsible for leading and overseeing the finance and accounting functions, ensuring financial integrity, accurate reporting, effective cash flow management, and sound financial planning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead internal and outsourced accounting teams and oversee financial operations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business planning.
• Oversee financial reporting, cash flow, banking, AP, AR, and collections.
• Manage month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, assets, and financial controls.
• Analyze KPIs, COGS, margins, and budgets to support business decisions.
• Drive process improvements, financial systems projects, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in financial management.

• Minimum of two (2) years in a leadership role overseeing a finance team.

• Experience overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.

• Experience with inventory accounting and cost management.
