About the role

Admin Loket Depo Kontainer role involves managing administrative processes for container depot operations, including document verification, data entry, coordination with stakeholders, and report preparation to ensure compliance with company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Serve administrative processes for container entry and exit at depot counter
• Examine and verify operational documents such as EIR, DO, SP2, and supporting documents
• Input container transaction data into the system accurately and on time
• Coordinate with customers, transportation vendors, surveyors, and field operational teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to depot activities
• Ensure all operational documents are stored and documented properly
• Handle customer inquiries and needs related to depot administrative processes
• Ensure administrative processes run according to company SOP

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in any field (preferably Administration, Logistics, Management, or related fields)
• Minimum 1 year experience as Admin Operasional, Admin Logistik, Admin Depo, or similar position
• Understanding of container depot operational flow and related documents is an added value
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel) well
• Good administrative and data processing capabilities
• Thorough, disciplined, honest, and responsible
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet work time targets
• Willing to work in depot operational system and follow company regulations
• Understanding of depot management/container management system is a plus
