FINANCE MANAGEMENT Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and reliable Finance Management professional to oversee the company’s financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, monitoring budgets and expenses, preparing financial reports, and supporting effective financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the company’s daily financial transactions and activities.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and payments.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and expense reports.
• Track company expenses and ensure proper documentation and approval.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in maintaining healthy financial operations.
• Analyze financial data and provide reports and insights to management.
• Identify financial discrepancies and assist in resolving financial issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding budgets, expenses, and financial requests.
• Ensure financial activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist with audits, tax-related documentation, and other financial requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
• Provide financial recommendations and administrative support to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management.
• Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting/financial software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Highly trustworthy and capable of handling confidential financial information.
• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

Required Experience

2–3 years minimum experience in Finance Management, Accounting, or a related field.

Pay: Php21,000.00 per month
