Finance Manager (5-day work week)

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall, in-charge of finance and accounting operations.
• Manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Debt collection
• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasting
• Perform financial analysis and provide insights into business performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Monitor, analyse, and control company performance and budget analysis
• Coordinate the annual statutory audit, timely completion and compliance with accounting standards
• Prepare corporate tax matters, including tax computation, tax planning, GST/VAT compliance, and coordination with tax consultants
• Monitor cash flow and support business planning
• Perform internal controls works and improve finance processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience and with at least 3 audit experience
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, audit, tax, and full set of accounts
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
