What they need
Help us keep the numbers as clean as our formulations.
We are Calmerceutical's - Australia's fastest growing supplement brand - we are scaling at the speed of light - and moving even faster. We're currently on the hunt for a finance manager who can own the Xero books while also understanding and forecasting our inventory needs and turning that data into decisions that protect margin and supply. Financial reporting and data analysis experience is vital.
This is not a junior accounting role. We want someone who preferably understands DTC growth and how to manage scaling aggressively while protecting efficiency and providing financial guidance.
You will work closely with the founder, a fast-moving team, and have full visibility across inventory management customer acquisition, retention, and revenue performance.
What you’ll do:
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and all financial reporting for the business
• Own our inventory management software — stock valuation, cost of goods and forecasting stock requirements in a high growth environment.
• Build dashboards linking financial performance to inventory and cohort data
• Analyse sales, demand, and stock trends to understand growth and solve potential stock shortages and warehousing capacity issues well in advance.
- Create rolling forecasts using driver-based financial models.
What you bring:
• Finance/accounting background (degree and Chartered or CPA)
• Hands-on experience with inventory software and warehouse management.
• Strong Excel/SQL skills; comfort with Business Intelligence tools and
• Reporting and data set creation and analytics skills with a sharp eye for the story hiding inside messy data
• Experience in direct to consumer, subscription-based ecommerce pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, supplements, or FMCG
You’re commercially sharp, accountable, and comfortable with managing big numbers... and even bigger ambitions. You’ve likely managed the finances of a DTC brand before and can speak specifically about the numbers behind the growth such as the Life Time Value of each SKU's cohort.
Most importantly, you move fast, think independently, and don’t need layers of management to perform at a high level.
This is an opportunity to help build one of Australia’s fastest-growing brands alongside a team that cares deeply about performance, speed, and execution.
Other offers great for you!
