Finance Manager/ Assistant Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take charge of and participate in the development, rollout and continuous optimization of the Digitalized Resource-management Platform (DRP); collate financial business requirements and support system commissioning and process optimization
• Oversee corporate cost control initiatives; regularly monitor departmental budget execution, analyse cost indicators, prepare periodic budget performance and cost analysis reports, and propose improvement recommendations
• Conduct daily expense reimbursement reviews; ensure compliance with financial policies and budget thresholds, standardise reimbursement workflows, and respond to reimbursement enquiries from various departments
• Manage accounting, tax filing and tax compliance for the Shenzhen subsidiary; keep abreast of the latest fiscal and tax policies and mitigate tax risks
• Support ad-hoc projects assigned by department leadership and the Group

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder major in accounting, finance, or related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Qualified member of HKICPA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• Experience in financial informatization and finance-business integration projects
• Familiar with mainland China tax laws, systems and procedures
• Able to adapt to Chinese SOE working culture
• Strong analytical ability, positive attitude, independence and prudent personality
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Finance Manager
