Finance Manager/ Assistant Manager (FP&A)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial analysis, and performance dashboards.
• Manage month-end closing, KPI reporting, working capital, and variance analysis.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and latest estimate (LE) submissions.
• Prepare quarterly financial statements, consolidation, and notes to accounts.
• Ensure compliance with SET requirements and support Board reporting.
• Review customer pricing, credit limits, and accounts receivable performance.
• Coordinate external and internal audits, insurance renewals, and SAP-related initiatives.
• Drive internal control improvements, finance automation, and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of Thai GAAP, SET regulations, and audit processes.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Background: Manufacturing, industrial, or listed company environment with experience in financial reporting, FP&A, and compliance.

External: Corporate HQ, Auditors, Regulatory Authorities and External Service Providers.
