Finance Manager (MNC) – Business Partnering / FP&A

Job Responsibilities

• Act as a finance business partner to the SMB business, supporting financial performance across Fixed, Mobile and Channel Sales.
• Consolidate and analyse actual, forecast and budgeted revenue and costs across multiple business areas.
• Support month-end closing activities, including financial file refreshes, tracking, reporting and analysis.
• Review monthly financial performance against budget and forecast, identify key business drivers and highlight variances for business action.
• Lead quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting exercises, challenging assumptions and developing realistic financial projections.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
• Evaluate business cases, new products, promotions and investments, including financial modelling and assessment of profitability/returns.
• Monitor financial adjustments and balance sheet items to ensure accuracy and proper controls.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with finance policies and requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and greater efficiency in financial reporting and operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering.
• Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience supporting month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams.
• Experience in business case evaluation and financial modelling is preferred.
