Job Summary

G8 IndoGulf Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as a Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and overall financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Ensure accurate accounting and timely financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Manage statutory compliance, GST, TDS, taxation, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and other financial stakeholders.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
• Ensure proper internal controls and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate corrective measures.
• Supervise and guide the finance and accounts team.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Relevant experience in finance and accounting management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage financial operations independently and meet deadlines.
• Candidates aged up to 40 years are preferred.
