Finance Manager (Cebu)

Responsibilities:

• Lead treasury, cash flow, liquidity, and funding management.
• Manage banking relationships, payments, and treasury operations.
• Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including FX, interest rate, and liquidity risks.
• Ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of treasury transactions.
• Oversee monthly and annual financial closing activities.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, financial strategies, and working capital plans.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations on funding, costs, and business performance.
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with accounting and banking requirements.
• Drive process improvements across treasury, reporting, and finance operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of strong experience in Finance, Treasury, Accounting, or related financial management functions, with substantial experience in cash flow, liquidity management, financial analysis, budgeting, and financial controls.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, financial management, and accounting principles.
• Experience in managing banking relationships and familiarity with banking covenants.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance requirements, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to monitor business developments, financial markets, and economic factors that may affect the company.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong coordination and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting, financial management, and presentation software.
• Willing to be based in Cebu City, with flexibility to travel to Manila for business meetings and official engagements.

Pay: Php110,000.00 - Php160,000.00 per month
