Finance Manager

Duties

• Manage dealership-related financial operations, including inventory valuation, sales analysis, and profit optimization.
• Lead negotiations with vendors, lenders, and partners to secure favorable terms that benefit the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards within the financial services sector.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to support customer financing options and enhance overall customer experience.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance metrics clearly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial services or dealership environments with a strong understanding of automotive or retail finance operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, deal structuring, and relationship management.
• Strong background in sales principles combined with excellent math skills for accurate financial analysis.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus.
• Proficiency in financial software tools and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with dealership management systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
