As we continue our growth journey, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to partner with our leadership team in driving financial excellence and business performance.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Can Tho .

The Finance Manager will serve as a strategic business partner to the CFO, leading Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management. This role plays a critical part in supporting executive decision-making through financial insights, evaluating the financial impact of business initiatives across functions, and transforming data into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities include leading the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, financial modeling, management reporting, variance analysis, profitability analysis, investment evaluation, and executive reporting. The role will collaborate closely with Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR, and Accounting teams to improve business performance, optimize costs, and maximize profitability while supporting the company's long-term growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, or Management Accounting.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, and business performance analysis.
• Proven experience supporting CFOs, CEOs, or Executive Leadership Teams with strategic financial decision-making.
• Strong ability to analyze financial impacts across business functions and provide actionable business insights.
• Experience in Retail, Pharmacy Chain, FMCG, Distribution, or other multi-site businesses is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with ERP systems is required. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical thinking, stakeholder management, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA are preferred.
• Fluent English communication is an advantage.
