Position Overview

• Salary Range: AED 4,000 to AED 12,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

• Key Responsibilities
• Banking Operations: Ensure seamless, secure, and smooth banking and financial transactions.
• Payment Gateway Setup: Lead the setup, integration, and strategic tie-ups with Indian payment gateways.
• Partnership Management: Build and manage relationships with commercial banks, Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), payment aggregators, and gateway providers in and from India to secure optimal processing rates and terms.
• Financial Solutions Optimization: Continuously research and implement new methods, channels, and technology solutions for payment transaction and
• Required Qualifications & Skills
• Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Required).
• Master’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Finance/Banking (Preferred).
• Work Experience
• Overall Experience: 2 to 20 years.
• Payment Gateway Experience: Minimum 1 year of direct experience in payment gateway operations and setup.
• Domain Expertise: Experience in end-to-end payment solutions and core banking operations.
• Key Competencies
• Deep domain knowledge of Indian banking operations and payment processing frameworks.
• Extensively networked within commercial banks, financial institutions, and payment networks.
• Proactive mindset toward adopting emerging FinTech solutions and transaction methods.
• Expert knowledge in Banking Accounts in India, updated Banking Operations and Payment gateway.
• Strong hold on new banking products and new developments in payment processing
