Finance Manager

• Responsible for all financial, tax and controlling-related topics
• Establish and manage the company’s accounting system
• Ensure compliance management, risk control and preventive measures
• Prepare, review and analyze financial statements, financial reports, tax filing and provide reasonable advice to the management
• Establish and optimize SOP and internal control processes
• Assist in establishing and optimizing SOP for cross-departmental topics
• Lead various related projects, including but not limited to budget planning, auditing, annual filing, TP, statistics, annual inspections, office setup, banking, license update etc.
• Bank payments domestic and overseas with full supporting paperwork
• Process RSM’s travel reimbursement in compliance with company regulation & law
• Digitalization of daily work
• Management and improvement of Finance team
• Keep management team updated on policy change in a timely manner as well as in-housing training to the team
• Provide consulting to both internal and external stakeholders
• close contact with HQ for Finance, tax, Controlling topics
• Other office administration topics assigned by the superior Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting field
• At least 10 years of working experience in finance or accounting related job in multi-national company, at least 3 years of role as Finance Manager
• Holding CPA, CMA or ACCA is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on details
• Familiar with Chinese Accounting Standards & tax regulations
• Good written and oral English skills; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good at communication and coordination, proactive on learning, willing to take challenges
