Finance Manager

• Overseeing the full spectrum of finance duties, including banking and treasury; accounting & reporting; financial planning & analysis; cash flows management, and assisting the business decision-making for the operating company.

• Implement and maintain an accounting system, internal controls, and working procedures for the company.

• Initiate, direct co-ordinate the preparation of budgets and forecast.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion and compliance of all required statutory reporting.

• Provide analysis reports to compare the variance if actual performance and budget on monthly basis. Providing insights and recommendations to support financial planning.

• Ensure effective management if payable, receivable and cash balance.

• Provide support to the HOD on business/commercial and operational matters/issues, leading/driving special projects as and when required.

• Responsible for timely SST submission and ensuring payments are made to the relevant authority within the deadline

• To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignment wherever requires, directed or instructed by superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting or any recognised professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA Australia, CIMA or equivalent

• Minimum 6-7 years of working experience in MNC, public listed company, finance operation and corporate finance will be added advantage.

• Respond promptly and proactively to work demands.

• Detailed -oriented, strong interpersonal skill, communication skill and good team player.

• Experience in FP&A or commercial finance is encouraged.

• Meticulous with good and strong analytical skill. (Ms Excel charting tool and customise data visualisation)

• Responsible, reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Able to work in young, fast paced environment, under pressure and meet deadline.
