Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, including payroll, compensation and benefits, commission computation and disbursement, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The role works closely with Sales, HR, Operations, and Management to ensure financial accuracy, control, and efficiency across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including salaries, incentives, and statutory deductions
• Manage compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations
• Monitor, review, and approve sales commission computation and disbursement
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Manage cash flow, disbursements, and expense controls
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with Sales (Telemarketers), Marketing, HR, and Operations on financial matters
• Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and procedures
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Oversee audits, reconciliations, and financial documentation
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to Management
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the CEO or Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role
• Strong experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, and commission-based structures
• Knowledge of Philippine tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory compliance
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting systems
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Experience in E-Commerce, BPO, or Sales-driven environments is an advantage
