About the role
The Finance Manager provides financial leadership to ensure accurate reporting, effective cost management, strong internal controls, and strategic financial planning within the distribution business. The role partners closely with Sales, Warehouse and Supply Chain to drive profitability, optimize working capital, and safeguard company assets.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA preferred.
- 5–10 years finance experience, with at least 3 years in supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Experience in distribution / FMCG strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory-heavy environments and trade spend management.
