What they need
- Oversee daily Finance & Accounts operations, including AP, AR, Income Audit, Purchasing, Cost Control, Stores and Cashiering.
- Monitor budgets, revenue and expenses, and report significant variances to management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and management reports.
- Ensure timely payment of statutory obligations including SST, EPF and SOCSO.
- Manage annual budgeting, cash flow planning, CAPEX and repair & maintenance budgets.
- Supervise Finance team, including manpower planning, work schedules and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
- Review contracts, legal agreements and insurance claims.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and implement audit recommendations.
- Ensure proper records management and compliance with document retention requirements.
- Attend management and department head meetings as Finance representative.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
