Finance Manager

We are now sincerely inviting professionals with excellent financial analysis and management experience to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the company to achieve its financial strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee full-spectrum financial activities, including accounting treatments, month-end closing, and financial analysis.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Review and consolidate budgets and forecasts to ensure financial data accuracy aligns with business development objectives.
• Compliance & Audit: Coordinate and monitor statutory audits and tax filings to ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the finance teams of various business units to provide comprehensive accounting and financial guidance.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Execute other related duties and ad-hoc projects as required by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Holder of CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Experience in the FMCG industry and external audit is highly preferred.
• Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to independently prepare high-quality financial analysis reports and presentation materials.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Fluency in Putonghua is a definite advantage).
• Meticulous, highly responsible, with strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Immediate availability is preferred.
