Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the company's comprehensive financial activities, such as account processing, preparation and analysis of monthly reports, review and consolidation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial data accuracy and alignment with business development goals.
• Develop annual budgets, analyze production costs, monitor gross profit fluctuations, and propose improvement plans.
• Regularly review and consolidate budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial data accuracy and alignment with business development goals.
• Coordinate and supervise statutory audits and tax filings to ensure company compliance with relevant legal requirements.
• Work closely with the finance teams of business departments to provide comprehensive accounting and financial guidance.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data and the reliability of financial reports.
• Develop financial budgets and cash flow plans, use funds reasonably, and periodically conduct inventory checks.
• Perform other related tasks as required by management.
• Manage group liquidity, prepare accurate cash flow forecasts, and optimize working capital cycles.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related disciplines, with at least 6 years of relevant work experience; candidates with external audit experience are preferred.
• Hold CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualifications.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience, with experience in beauty salons/retail preferred.
• Strong financial analysis skills and strong document writing ability, capable of independently producing high-quality financial analysis reports and presentation materials.
• Professional proficiency in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, strong team spirit, and good communication skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• 5days work (9:30am- 6:30pm)
