Finance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to lead our day-to-day accounting operations, manage financial audits, and oversee cross-border tax compliance across Hong Kong, Singapore, and the US.

Job responsibilities

• Oversee full-set accounting operations, month-end closing, and management reporting.
• Manage annual audit processes and liaise directly with external auditors.
• Handle cross-border tax compliance and filings, with a strong focus on Hong Kong, Singapore, and US tax requirements
• Ensure financial governance and strict adherence to relevant accounting standards
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and local tax authorities across multiple jurisdictions

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA or equivalent professional qualification is required.
• Minimum 5–8 years of accounting experience, with proven exposure to cross-border tax (HK, SG, US)
• Strong expertise in full-set bookkeeping, auditing standards, and multi-currency reporting.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua.
• Hands-on, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
