Finance Manager

What will you do?

• Major focus on General ledger/Capex/Tax and Reporting. Oversee the monthly US GAAP financial close processes, Month-end accounting close responsibilities, review of flux analysis.
• Oversee the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes and the development of the team to achieve best practices and optimal output.
• Prepare daily GL vouchers and Maintain books of account in a way that accurately represents the transactions and financial condition of the company.
• Oversee the external audit, review and analyze results, and recommend for approval the audited financial statements.
• Review entry and participate in month/year end closing and account reconciliations between GL and subledger.
• Based on corporate schedule and requirement. Improve the closing efficiency and report quality
• Prepare monthly/yearly financial reporting package to meet Group and local requirement
• Providing and interpreting financial information. Support the annual budgeting process.
• Statistics reports which local government request monthly. Other internal department requirement which financial data related.
• Complying with accounting regulations and internal control rules, ensure key internal controls and policies are in place.
• Work with tax team to ensure the tax compliance is in place and reduce the risk

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and finance within a MNC in the manufacturing sector, with at least 2 years in a people leadership role.

• Excellent English & Mandarin skills both written & verbal
• Familiar with ERP Systems and office applications.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and communication and interpersonal skills
