What they need
Report to : Finance Director
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and manage cash flow and liquidity.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Implement and maintain internal controls.
- Lead, train and mentor the finance team.
Required qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
- CPA, CFA or equivalent certification (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in finance roles, with at least 2 years in managerial position.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
