Finance Manager

Job Summary

1. Global Management Reporting including budgeting, consolidation, analysis and expenses control
2. Inventory management
3. Overseas entities audit, tax and statutory compliance

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Responsible for group consolidation including budget, management and statutory reporting
• Manage and supervise month end closing, timely financial analysis; monthly financial reports and reporting packages;
• Lead, guide and supervise group inventory management, reporting and analysis
• Handling statutory and compliance matters globally;
• Process flow improvement;
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Possess a recognized Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, HKICPA).
• Over 10 years audit/accounting experience with at least two years in managerial position.
• Experience in multinational companies will be an advantage;
• Experience in retail / e-commerce / direct selling industry experience is an advantage;
• Regional exposure and experience dealing with Shared Service Center;
• Good command in oral and written English and Chinese;
• Good knowledge in SAP and Flex system is an added advantage;
• Proficient in PC applications, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.;
• Ability to lead and communicate with parties from different levels;
• Ability to work under pressure, able to meet tight deadlines and independent;
• Mature, hardworking, detailed oriented with analytical mind and self-initiated
