Finance Manager

Responsibilities :

• Prepare monthly management report and analysis for the performance of each business unit.
• Present financial evaluation in relation to investment, strategic decisions, business and operational changes.
• Review products costing and internal transfer price setting.
• Work closely with the local and regional teams to manage budget, identify cost saving opportunities and streamline the operation.
• Actively involved in building and strengthening a strong control and compliance culture that will help sustain growth.
• Involve in operating system implementation and enhancement.
• Perform ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance and qualified CPA.
• Over 5 years of finance manager & internal control experience in sizable companies, experience in textile or garment manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Familiar with First Sale operation for US Custom.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel functionalities. Knowledge of SAP and Kingdee is an advantage.
• Good command of both English and Mandarin.
• Proactive in problem solving, good presentation skills, work independently and under pressure.
• Frequent travel to Southern China and occasionally travel to Vietnam.
