Finance Manager

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Ensure compliance with taxation, tax filing and remittance, financial reporting standards, and government requirements.
• Prepare and review financial statements, month-end reports, and balance sheet schedules
• Oversee account and balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
• Monitor receivables, collections, payables, and vendor disbursements to ensure timely processing and settlement
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide the necessary financial documents and reports
• Supervise, train, develop, and evaluate accounting team members

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA is preferred
• Proficient in SAP, QNE, and other related accounting software
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance
• Highly detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• 8–10 years of relevant work experience
