Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Medical Center Parañaque Inc. in Parañaque. This role oversees day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support informed decision-making. The Finance Manager monitors cash flow, manages accounts payable and receivable, and ensures accurate general ledger maintenance and timely month-end and year-end closing. The role is responsible for implementing and maintaining internal controls, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and hospital policies. The Finance Manager collaborates with department heads to analyze financial performance, prepare cost and revenue reports, support audits, and recommend strategies for cost optimization and financial sustainability.

• Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., MS Excel) and data analysis.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage
