Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and management of the Singapore finance function, including transition from outsourced services to an in-house team.

• Recruit, develop and manage the Singapore finance team while establishing finance processes, SOPs and internal controls.

• Lead finance system migration and integration into the Group’s accounting, ERP and reporting platforms.

• Oversee daily finance operations, including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, month-end closing and cash flow management.

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting in compliance with Singapore FRS/IFRS and Group reporting requirements.

• Support Group consolidation, audit, statutory reporting, tax compliance, GST, transfer pricing and other regulatory requirements.

• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial performance monitoring.

• Partner with business and operations teams on business planning, expansion, profitability, cost optimisation and working capital management.

• Oversee treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, funding requirements, banking matters and liquidity management.

• Strengthen financial controls, governance and compliance while driving automation and continuous process improvement.

• Work closely with the CFO and Financial Controller on financial strategies, management reporting and other strategic finance initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; ACCA/CPA is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience, including team management.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS, tax, GST and statutory requirements.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Experience in finance setup, system migration or transformation projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Retail or multi-outlet experience is an added advantage.
