Finance Manager

Manages budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Prepares monthly/annual financial statements.
Conducts financial analysis and risk assessments.
Oversees product costing and standard costing.
Ensures accurate inventory valuation and batch costing.
Handles BIR, FDA financial compliance, and tax filings.
Coordinates with external auditors during audits.
Manages cash flow, treasury activities, and banking relationships.
Leads and mentors the finance and accounting team.
Improves financial processes and internal controls.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance; CPA preferred.
5+ years’ experience in financial management (pharma/manufacturing advantage).
Strong background in cost accounting and inventory management.
Knowledge in tax compliance, BIR regulations, and audits.
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.).
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
