Finance Manager

Major Deliverables

• Leads company funding, treasury, cash flow, liquidity, investments, and banking relationships.
• Manages collections, payments, budgets, and cash allocation to ensure smooth business operations.
• Develops short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts, funding gap analyses, and liquidity strategies.
• Assesses financial and debt-related risks, develops mitigation strategies, and supports management in financial negotiations.
• Leads Billing and Collections, Forecasting and Budgeting, Payment Allocation, team development, treasury projects, process improvements, and compliance.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 5 years of strong experience in treasury, accounting, liquidity management, budgeting, and cash flow control.
• Strong analytical, financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of banking relationships, debt facilities, financial markets, and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in MS Excel, accounting software, and presentation tools; willing to work in Cebu City and travel to Manila as needed.
