About the role
The Finance Manager will oversee the company's financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide strategic insights to support business growth. This role works closely with management to manage budgets, forecasts, and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to senior management
- Monitor financial performance vs budget and identify variances
- Support business development and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
- Supervise finance and accounting team
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA preferred
- 2+ years in finance/accounting with at least 2 years in a managerial role
