Finance Manager

An experienced Finance Manager for our operations in Singapore. You bring a wealth of experience in Accounting field. With over 10 years of progressive finance experience under your belt, with at least 5 years holding leadership responsibilities and with a track record of success in multinational environments, you will be the leading light for the team. Your high integrity and attention to detail differentiates you from the rest. Duties and Responsibilities

1. Singapore Finance Oversight (Local Scope)

• Lead a finance team and oversee the day-to-day finance operations in Singapore, which include financial and management reporting and analysis, statutory reporting, taxation reporting, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, as well as oversee the on-time preparation of stand-alone and consolidated financial statements, and monthly reporting packages to HQ.
• Responsible for year-end statutory audit, timely preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors on various audit queries and issues.
• Responsible for taxation matters including corporate income tax, GST, property tax, handling tax queries from tax authorities. And also responsible for transfer pricing analysis and documentations.
• Partner with Business Unit Heads and Operations teams to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, provide financial insights and analysis to drive operational efficiency, cost control, and business performance improvements. Work closely with Regional finance teams to align financial strategies and drive business growth.
• Responsible for monitoring and tracking of financial and capex budgets.
• Ensure appropriate oversight of asset management processes and strengthen internal control frameworks in alignment with governance requirements
• Provide technical expertise and strong mentorship to team members, ensuring high standards of performance and accuracy, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

2. Regional Treasury Responsibilities (SEA Scope)

• Manage daily cash positioning and cash flow forecasting (short-term and medium-term)

• Monitor and maintain optimal liquidity levels across the region

• Lead and manage banking relationships including loans, overdrafts, credit lines, and trade facilities • Monitor financial covenants and ensure compliance

• Optimize funding structure and cost of financing

• Oversee bank account management, including access control and signatories

• Administer online banking platforms and ensure proper access control

• Lead bank rationalization initiatives across the region

• Support monitoring of foreign exchange exposure and assist in managing currency risks

• Oversee payment processes and controls in alignment with governance practices

• Review and approve high-value or sensitive transactions where required

• Support funding strategies for business expansion and investments

• Monitor bank reconciliation status and follow up on outstanding items

• Establish and continuously improve treasury processes and SOPs
