Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS, and provide financial insights to support business decision-making.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), payroll, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements, including tax filings and liaison with tax advisors.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and enhance internal controls and financial processes to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and manage relationships with auditors and tax advisors.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements to ensure healthy liquidity.
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and finance automation initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Preferred professional qualification: CPA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience with managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in Construction industry will be added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
