About the role
This is a hands-on finance leadership position for someone who can operate confidently across consolidation, treasury, tax, and compliance, while communicating fluently with an international, multicultural counterparty base spanning multiple continents.
Key responsibilities
- Financial consolidation & group reporting
- Treasury, cash flow & multi-currency FX exposure
- Tax planning, compliance & VAT restitution
- IFRS implementation
- Audit handling (internal & external)
- Inventory management & controls
- Trade finance instruments (LCs, bank guarantees) and counterparty credit risk
About you
- Proven Finance Manager experience, ideally in trading, commodities, or international business
- Hands-on expertise in financial consolidation, treasury, taxation, and compliance
- Fluent English AND Mandarin Chinese — mandatory, given daily engagement with a global customer and vendor base
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS implementation
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CA/Brevet an advantage
