This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating timely reporting and close processes, monitoring internal controls, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

Working closely with finance leadership and department leaders, the Finance Manager ensures that financial processes are completed accurately, efficiently and in compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX requirements and corporate policies. • Prepare and present financial results, budget-to-actual variances and key performance indicators to finance leadership and business partners.
  • Maintain effective internal controls and ensure daily financial processes comply with SOX requirements, corporate policies and audit standards.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital and capital expenditures, escalating significant variances or concerns to finance leadership.
  • Coordinate information and documentation requested by internal and external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain finance systems, reporting tools and standard operating procedures, ensuring data integrity and consistent use across the team.
  • Identify and implement practical process improvements that increase the accuracy, efficiency and scalability of finance operations.
  • Supervise, coach and develop finance team members, setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback.
  • Partner with finance leadership on special projects, financial analysis and other business priorities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 4 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience with financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and internal controls in a mid- to large-size organization; fintech, payments, or technology industry experience preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel; strong data analysis capability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and business-partnering skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
